Job summary

E Care Community is hiring Community Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes with personal care, meals, companionship, and wellbeing. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to meet care needs and help clients stay independent and safe at home.

No experience is required as full training is provided; successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and reference checks as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and own car with business insurance.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check and provide references.
• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Meal preparation and basic medication support.
• Promote independence and wellbeing in clients' homes.
• Coordinate with GP, district nurses and pharmacies as needed.
