Job summary

Paradigm Health is seeking a Care Support Specialist in Indiana to join a patient-focused, family-oriented team. You will handle a high volume of calls from patients and families with warmth and professionalism, log and route information, and support field staff as a reliable communication bridge.

This role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm and offers competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, generous PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k match, and a Top Workplace environment that values empathy

Qualifications

• 1 year of office/admin experience preferred
• Experience answering phone calls required
• Experience providing a high level of customer service required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from patients, families, community partners, referral sources, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide clear, compassionate information or connect callers to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
• Support patients and families during stressful moments through active listening and empathy.
• Establish trust-based rapport with callers, representing Paradigm Health’s commitment to dignity and service.
• Log, document, and route all calls using designated systems to ensure continuity and follow-through.
• Relay messages and support coordination as a reliable communication bridge for field staff.
