Caring for Family of Companies in Oregon seeks a Staffing Manager who owns the caregiver schedule, ensures 100% shift coverage, and drives a high‑performing, engaged team delivering compassionate in‑home care.

You will balance strategic workforce planning with hands‑on coaching, partner with HR on reviews, monitor EVV and HIPAA compliance, and serve as the main contact for clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or workforce coordination, healthcare preferred.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving in a high-volume setting.
• Proven performance management and team development ability.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and scheduling system proficiency.
• Results-driven, self-managed with excellent time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and service-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage caregiver schedules ensuring 100% shift coverage.
• Strategically match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, location, and compatibility.
• Lead caregiver performance through coaching and HR reviews.
• Drive caregiver engagement, retention, and compliance with training and qualification.
• Maximize authorized hours while minimizing overtime; maintain data accuracy in HRIS and scheduling systems.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and caregivers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot scheduling gaps, call-offs, and time-keeping; ensure EVV tracking and documentation.
• Pre-schedule new hires for immediate productivity and continuity of care.
