This role involves conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and fostering relationships with facilities. Responsibilities also include staff recruitment and conducting wellness checks. This position offers $20 to $23 per hour with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; healthcare or home care setting preferred.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for quality care and compassion.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable working in the field, conducting assessments and client visits.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client intakes, assessments
• Scheduled home visits/wellness check-in calls
