Grand Villa of DeLand is seeking compassionate Care Staff and Med Techs to join our team serving senior residents in Florida. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and monitor health, with Med Tech responsibilities preferred but training may be provided.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and dedication to safety and dignity. This role involves rotating weekend shifts and some holidays, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work various shift work.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care preferred.
• Med Tech certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status (Med Techs preferred)
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• Document resident care and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work some holidays as required
