Job summary

Heritage Waterside in Daytona Beach Shores, FL is hiring for Med Tech and care staff to support residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include passing medications, personal care, mobility assistance, and emergency response. Training is provided for medication administration and all safety protocols.

We offer an up-to-$45,000 first-year compensation package, bonuses, free meals, subsidized health/dental/vision, PTO, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification required for Med Tech positions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Med Tech services - passing meds according to policy and procedure - training provided.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents (showering, bathing, dressing, eating).
• Assist residents with ambulation.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer daily living activities and meal assistance, including pet care if needed.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Weekend availability alternating

Responsibilities
