Job summary

Candeo is seeking compassionate home care professionals to support clients with daily living activities, medication adherence, meal prep, housekeeping, and community engagement. You will help clients build independence in a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality services, following individualized care plans, documenting accurately, and collaborating with staff to ensure client well-being. Full-time roles with benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and mental health is must.
• Valid Class C Iowa Driver’s License, proof of automobile insurance, background checks, access to computer and internet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services to client meet the highest quality possible.
• Ensure that client budgeted hours are provided.
• Support staff to understand and implement client’s care plan.
• Ensure effective relationships between all stakeholders of the organization.
• Be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all documents and reports.
• Educate clients and empower them to make choices about services.
• Follow safety practices to ensure a safe environment.
• Work within a team to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients.
