Candeo is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our hourly care team in Des Moines, IA. You will support clients with self-care, medications, meals, and daily living activities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with self-care, medication compliance, meals
• Help with housekeeping and daily tasks
• Support client independence and participation
• Plan activities, schedule appointments, and transport
• Document care plans and notes
• Provide companionship and listening support
• Observe health changes and report them
• Administer medications and assist as needed
• Engage clients in community activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
