The Care Researcher role focuses on locating, contacting, and vetting providers to support members. You’ll work hands-on with attention to detail, strong communication, and a professional approach to meet member needs across childcare, aging, and wellness areas.

Qualificações

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google applications.
• Experience with case management systems (Salesforce, Amazon Connect) preferred.
• Strong commitment to team members and the needs of the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage the daily workflow and ensure member case SLAs are met.
• Agile with the ability to adapt to changes in internal procedures and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the needs of Care’s members are met by locating potential resources using internal databases, internet, and AI tools.
• Research, map, telephonically contact and pre-screen potential resources that meet member-specific case requirements.
• Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate documentation regarding case research, status, and results.
• Meet weekly case productivity and quality standards to ensure member satisfaction.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
