Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network seeks compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to provide 24/7 in-home support for a woman in Watertown, WI. The role offers flexible daytime hours, up to full time, with pay ranging from $16.32 to $17.32 per hour.

Prior hospice/long‑term care experience is valued, and CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Training bonuses up to $500 and retention bonuses are available as part of the onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and dependability.
• Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance with daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support toileting, repositioning, catheter/ostomy care, and medical equipment use.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light household tasks (laundry, sweeping, etc.).
• Accompany the client to appointments or outings using a handicap‑accessible van.
• Maintain clear communication with care team.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to join a team providing 24/7 in-home support to a woman who requires consistent, hands‑on assistance with her daily needs. This meaningful role offers the opportunity to positively impact not only her physical well‑being but also her emotional comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice, palliative, or long‑term care, understand the sensitivities of end‑of‑life support, and be committed to fostering a calm, respectful, and patient‑centered environment.

Location: Watertown, WI (In Client Home)

Compensation: $16.32 - $17.32/hour

Availability Needed: Flexible daytime hours - UP TO FULL TIME!

Flexibility: Hours available based on applicant availability
