Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a caring in-home caregiver to support a single member in their own home in Cuba City. This part-time role offers up to 8 hours weekly and starts at $16.32 per hour.

You will assist with personal cares, meal prep, shopping, errands, and accompany to appointments. Must be reliable, able to work independently, and have transportation and insurance to travel to appointments. Dogs and birds are part of the home.

Qualifications

• Provider who is able to work independently and reliably complete daily tasks
• Provider who will be reliable for showing up on time
• Comfortable with dogs and birds.
• Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands and doctor appointments
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check
