Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to assist a physically disabled woman in her Monona home, performing daily living activities and personal care. Weekends and multiple shifts are available in the Monona/Madison area, with training provided for specialized tasks.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, medication support, meal prep, errands, and transportation.

Qualifications

• No allergies to cats or dogs
• Personal Cares: Bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
• Assistance with correspondence
• G-Tube care—feeding and medications (Member will train)
• Errands and outings—driving clients vehicle
• Meal prep and cooking

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Seeking a Caregiver to assist a physically disabled woman in her home with all aspects of daily living.

Wanting a compassionate, upbeat, and reliable caregiver to work with her in the Monona/Madison area.

Scheduling times available:

Currently hiring for Weekends, all shifts

Mondays 1:30 pm-7 pm

Tuesdays 5 am-2:30 pm

Thursdays 7 am-7 pm

Thursdays 11 pm-5 am

Responsibilities:

• No allergies to cats or dogs

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Background check before hire
• Preference for caregivers who are kind, upbeat, and have exceptional reliability
