• Running errands and shopping.
• ‘Light’ housework.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Laundry.
• Transportation to and from events and appointments.
• Medical reminders (we do not administer medication).
• In-home mobility assistance.
• Personal hygiene support (assistance bathing, grooming, dressing, using the bathroom or changing pads).
