Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking a live-in caregiver to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders in clients’ homes. The role emphasizes reliable, punctual care and strong communication with clients and families.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and applicants must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation is required.

• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and auto insurance)

• Provide attention to the client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
