Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear in Wilmington, NC is seeking a live-in caregiver to provide non-medical support in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and communication with clients and families. Training is provided, and positions offer flexible schedules with opportunities for ongoing orientation and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
