Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Toms River is seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes throughout New Jersey. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with families to ensure comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have prior dementia care experience, reliability, and excellent communication skills. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for recognition within a national agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family members and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.
• Maintain safety and comfort in the client’s home.

As a Live-In Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Prior experience working with individuals with dementia is MUST!!!
