Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, tidying spaces, and promoting engagement through social events. Strong English skills and a genuine desire to serve older adults are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Must have compassion for and a desire to work with older adults.
• Demonstrates high level of customer service and hospitality.

• Help tidy around Avanti and resident rooms.
• Encourage residents to join friends and eat from the on-site restaurant.
