Job summary

St. Luke's Home in Tucson, a program of Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, invites compassionate Care Partners to join a mission-driven team devoted to dignity and excellence in elder care.

As a Care Partner, you will support residents with daily living, document well-being, maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and collaborate with coworkers to follow policies and state regulations. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (we can help!) is required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• TB clearance documentation is required (two-step testing may be required).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A genuine passion for working with older adults and contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that helps residents feel safe, respected, and at home.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, medication support, meals, and daily routines.
• Monitor resident well-being, communicate changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with coworkers while following community policies and state regulations.
• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults every day.
