• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with senior care or healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and notes.
• Support residents in life enrichment programs.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to health staff.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety.
