CARE PARTNERS in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship.

You will collaborate with the Wellness Team, communicate with residents and families, help with meals, and support social activities while keeping spaces clean. English proficiency and background check required.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support participation in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness with light housekeeping.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Have licensing documentation (if required) and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness and anxiety.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support residents’ participation in social and recreational activities.
• Coordinate communication with families and other staff.
• Help keep living spaces tidy and clean.
