Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings preferred.

• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents to promote well-being.
• Assist residents with ADLs per care plans.
• Report health changes to Health Services Director.
• Assist with meals, grooming, and supervision in dining areas.
• Maintain resident documentation and charting.
• Keep supply room and work areas clean.
