Qualifications

• Two 2-5 years of prior assisted living or senior care experience.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, exceptional care for residents, helping them stay as independent as possible.
• Assist residents in daily activities and engage them in social, emotional, and intellectual support.
• Encourage residents to participate in meals, activities, and fitness classes.
