Avanti Senior Living at Covington is hiring Certified Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents, helping them stay independent and engaged throughout the day.

You will assist with daily activities, keep rooms tidy, and encourage residents to participate in meals and social events. Flexibility, reliable hours, and a supportive environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of prior assisted living or senior care experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Care Partner for Avanti, you will have the opportunity to provide care to our residents through meaningful, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual support and activities. Your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate, exceptional care for each resident, while allowing them to be as independent as possible at Avanti. Requirements
