Job summary

Avanti Senior Living at Covington is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents with social, emotional, physical and intellectual care. You will provide compassionate, personalized assistance while promoting independence and dignity for each resident.

Qualifications

• Two 2-5 years of prior assisted living or senior care experience.

• Assist residents in daily activities and engage them in social, emotional, and intellectual support.
• Encourage residents to participate in meals, activities, and fitness classes.

As a Care Partner for Avanti, you will have the opportunity to provide care to our residents through meaningful, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual support and activities. Your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate, exceptional care for each resident, while allowing them to be as independent as possible at Avanti. Here is a sneak peak of a Care Partner’s purpose:

• Assist residents in being the best version of themselves- physically and mentally.

Requirements
