Qualifications

• Prior assisted living or senior care experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in being the best version of themselves—physically and mentally.
• Tidy up around Avanti and resident rooms.
• Encourage residents to join friends and eat from our on-site restaurant.
• Help keep residents engaged and social through activities and programs.
