Job summary

Avanti Senior Living at Covington is seeking Certified Caregivers to join our Care Partner team, with weekly pay. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and help residents stay independent and safe in a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, and social engagement; you’ll support a vibrant community, with flexible schedules, paid training, benefits, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of prior assisted living or senior care experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, exceptional care for each resident while promoting independence.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility needs.
• Encourage social engagement and participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful living environment.
