Jennings is seeking a Care Partner - CNA (License Required) in Garfield Heights, OH. The role is full-time or part-time with shifts from 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, and 10:30am-6:30am. A current Ohio CNA license and completion of a state-approved 75-hour training are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program within 4 months prior to starting date.
• Current/valid CNA License in Ohio.
• Must be emotionally mature, flexible, patient, caring, and have a sense of humor.
• Reliable, responsible with good communication; empathy for older adults and cognitive impairments.
• Ability to identify resident problems and report to Neighborhood Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Identify changes in resident condition and report to Neighborhood Coordinator.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator.

Requirements for a CNA:

Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program within 4 months prior to starting date.

• Ability to identify special resident problems and/or change in resident's condition and report to the Neighborhood Coordinator.
• Ability to provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Ability to perform other related duties as directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator.
