Resident Care Partner - Assisted Living Part Time

We are currently seeking Part Time and PRN Resident Care Partners at our Ft. Worth - Clearfork community. In this role, you will support the Assisted Living team. The Resident Care Partner reports directly to the Assisted Living Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide resident care.
  • Respond to resident calls and communicate with staff and departments regarding care and activities.
  • Assist with outings, community events, and daily household tasks.
  • Provide personal care in accordance with individualized Service Plans, maintaining dignity and promoting resident participation.
  • Lead activities, support residents at mealtime, and conduct wellness checks.
  • Maintain safety and confidentiality, and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Attend training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or GED; CNA or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dementia, with at least one year of experience working with residents with dementia.
  • Physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, lift 20-30 pounds, and perform physical activities as needed.
