Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a part-time 8am-12pm shift in Battlefield, MO. The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, providing empathetic care, and contributing to a warm, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments through empathy and support.
• Be present and contribute talents to make residents and team members feel valued.
• Be curious, ask questions, and engage in ongoing development and training within the organization.

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Battlefield, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

8:00am to 12:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
