Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support a home‑like, respectful environment. You must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read and communicate in English with residents, and be capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
