Vitalia Strongsville is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our Strongsville, OH team. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate care, and helping create a warm, home-like environment.

The position is full-time with an evening shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday/Wednesday/Friday in Week 1 and Monday/Saturday/Sunday in Week 2. Qualifications include 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency with residents, and basic

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
