Arrow Senior Living at The Boulevard Wentzville is hiring a Care Partner for the 7:00pm–7:00am shift. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities in a home-like community that values empathy and teamwork.

You’ll need at least 18, a high school diploma, basic English, and basic computer skills. Expect lift duties up to 50 lbs and a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) match. Pay ranges from $17 to $22.75 per hour.

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.75 per hour

Shift Schedule -

Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
