Vitalia Rockside is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and to provide compassionate, person-centered care. The role emphasizes empathy, engagement, and teamwork within a friendly, home-like environment.

Requirements include an 18+ age, high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position is on-site in Seven Hills, OH with a competitive hourly pay range.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Seven Hills, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
