Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow in Stow, OH is seeking a Care Partner for a full-time role. You will support residents with daily living activities, foster empathy, and create a warm, engaging community atmosphere.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team members.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with ADLs and after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance is required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00am to 6:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
