Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team. This full-time role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing empathetic care, and helping maintain a home-like environment for our residents at Hudson Grande.

Ideal candidates will be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong English communication, reliability, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Hudson, OH

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00pm to 6:00am
