Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join the Vitalia Strongsville team for a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule. This full-time role pays $18–$23.75 per hour and supports residents with daily activities in a home-like environment.

You’ll help residents with ADLs, promote empathy, and participate in a collaborative team that values growth and internal promotions. The position requires at least 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with ADLs and safety.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create a welcoming, empathetic environment for residents and families.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality resident care and safety.

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
