Join Our Team at Vitalia Active Adult Community in Copley, Ohio!

Our Care Partners start at $20.00 per hour! We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. The shift schedule is as follows:

1. Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
2. Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday, 6am-6pm

Located at 4041 Heritage Center Dr., Copley, Ohio 44321, Vitalia is part of Arrow Senior Living, a company committed to creating a home-like environment for residents and team members alike.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents
• Computer skills for documentation
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Assist residents with daily activities and after falls
• Criminal background clearance

Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
• Create a positive, inclusive environment by investing whole-heartedly in your work and community
• Engage with residents empathetically and compassionately
