About The Role

The Care Operations Specialist (COS) provides administrative support and manages client program scheduling. The COS collaborates with and acts as a liaison between multiple internal departments and external clients supported by the Care Operations team.

What You'll Do

• Create weekly schedules for 20-24 clients.
• Set up new scheduled events on the admin site.
• Coordinate transitions of Units, PODS, and age-based events.
• Add care partners to each meal daily.
• Attach Zoom links to all events.
• Coordinate upcoming appointments around programming schedules.
• Facilitate monthly partnership meetings to ensure treatment plans are completed on time.
• Report and post schedule-related functions weekly and as needed.
• Serve as the point person for technical issues, supporting clients through resolutions.
• Act as liaison between clients and team members.
• Notify personnel of call-ins and assist with coverage or rescheduling.
• Report attendance issues to management.
• Manage scheduling needs and logistics chats for 4-hour daily shifts.
• Be on-call every 5 weeks during weekends and holidays.
• Update and track admissions, discharges, and care level changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to communicate via phone and computer programs.
• Sit for most of the shift.
• Reliable internet connection required.
• Work from a private, quiet space at home with minimal background noise.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $20 - $24 per hour (Remote, Miami, FL).
