Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from Nebraska or approved compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years recent clinical experience; ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

• Maintains patient records accurately and confidentially.
• Supports continuity of care with telephone follow-up post hospitalization.
• Identifies quality issues and contributes to performance improvement and patient outcomes measures.
• Exhibits behaviors that create high levels of patient satisfaction and professional relations.
