Job summary

The RN will supervise licensed practical nurses and support staff per Nebraska statutes, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and seamless transitions across care levels.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from Nebraska or a compact state as defined by state regulations.
• Evidence of certification and/or instruction for practice area as required by standards.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient needs to establish nursing priorities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care planning and team members.
• Document patient care according to procedures.
• Provide education to patient and family to meet identified needs.
