Responsibilities

• Ensure referral/authorization is in place before appointments.
• Document patient information in ECW.
• Communicate referrals or insurance issues with Clinic Coordinators and Public Benefits.
• Collaborate with Clinic Coordinators to ensure efficient clinic operations.
