***Remote role. Candidate must reside in Mississippi. Preferred experience in Obstetrics / Maternal Health. Licensure is not required.***
Develops, assesses, and coordinates care management activities based on member needs to provide quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes. Develops or contributes to personalized care plans for members and educates members and their families/caregivers on available services and benefits to improve healthcare access and ensure high-quality care through advocacy and coordination.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience required. Clinical licensure (e.g., nursing) preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Pay Range: $22.50 - $38.02 per hour.
