Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications under nurse supervision, monitor residents and document changes, and maintain cleanliness. This role offers opportunities for teamwork, ongoing training, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them throughout the shift.
• Observe, report and document residents' symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve and collect food trays and assist with meals as needed; report refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and follow standard care precautions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities and greet all visitors and team members.

Education

High School diploma/GED
