Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents during shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor residents, observe changes, and report to supervisor or nurse.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
