The Clinical Social Worker partners with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address and advocate for patients' social and emotional needs. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and resource referral. The role involves collaborating with patients, support systems, and interdisciplinary teams to improve care and resource utilization. The social worker leads efforts to achieve patient goals aligned with the NASW Code of Ethics and the Swedish Mission and Vision.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License upon hire.
• At least 1 year of experience in acute medical or mental healthcare in inpatient or outpatient settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACM/CCM certification.
