Job summary

Providence Health and Services is hiring a Care Manager for our Everett facility. This RN role supports at‑risk patients in an acute care setting with a focus on assessment, planning and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• WA RN license is required.
• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience in Medical‑Surgical or Inpatient settings.
• 1 year experience in care management or utilization review or related program.

The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient centric care management services for at risk patients in an acute care environment. • Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting.

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year - experience in care management or utilization review in any setting or successful completion of TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program
