Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is hiring a Night RN Care Manager to support at-risk patients in our acute care setting. This 0.9 FTE role requires night coverage with every other weekend, joining a collaborative, unionized team that values professional growth.

The ideal candidate has WA RN license and 2 years acute care experience; a Bachelor's in Nursing and national certification are preferred. A $10,000 hiring bonus is available for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; WA RN license at hire.
• 2 years acute care experience in Medical-Surgical or Inpatient setting.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing within 3 years of hire (preferred).
• National certification in specialty area (preferred).
• 1 year care management or utilization review experience (or completion of related programs).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management for at-risk patients in acute care.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services during hospitalization.
• Support professional growth within a unionized workplace.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty
• 1 year - experience in care management or utilization review in any setting or successful completion of TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $47.73 - $89.59
