Job Opportunity: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager

$5,000 Hiring Bonus (half upon hire, half after one year) for eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions. The Inpatient RN Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Responsibilities include assessment and planning, care coordination, resource utilization management and review, discharge planning, documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy. The goal is to ensure appropriate healthcare resource use throughout the continuum, delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (upon hire)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • At least 2 years of acute care experience in a Medical-Surgical or inpatient setting
  • IRR or annual competency testing in Utilization Review
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire
  • National Certification in your area of specialty
  • One year of experience in care management or utilization review, or successful completion of TIPS or Case Management Orientation Program
