Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a Caregiver to be the heart of our mission, delivering hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in daily activities, dining, and memory-care enrichment where applicable.

Competitive pay from $15.50 to $19.40 per hour, full benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
