Sunrise Senior Living in Lincroft, NJ is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities and to engage residents with meaningful interactions. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, independence, and person-centered care within our community.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, assist dining services, and collaborate with families. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable; candidate must be 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
